This aerial view highlights a professionally designed HOA common space located in Pleasant Valley, California. The landscape features drought-tolerant planting, decomposed granite mulch, palm trees, and native shrubs arranged along a curvilinear walking path. A pair of white shade structures offer seating areas, encouraging community interaction while reducing turf and maintenance costs. This project qualifies for regional water conservation rebates such as the BeWaterWise Turf Replacement Program, aligning with sustainable landscape design standards.
This HOA common area in Camarillo underwent a complete landscape transformation as part of the BeWaterWise rebate program. By removing high-maintenance turf and converting the space to a drought-tolerant plant palette, we created a water-efficient landscape that enhances community aesthetics and sustainability. The design incorporates meandering walkways, seating areas, and low-water-use plantings, providing residents with a beautiful, functional space while significantly reducing outdoor water consumption.
