Your Team
Patrick Luhn
Patrick is Founder and CEO of PLdesigns, bringing more than 8 years of experience in the landscape architecture industry to this boutique landscape design firm. Previously, Patrick was a Landscape Designer at one of the top Landscape Architecture firms in Southern California. Patrick holds a BLA (Bachelor of Landscape Architecture) from Ball State University. Outside of work, Patrick enjoys sailing his Ericson 39 in the summer and snowboarding in the winter.
Jioanna Polychroniou
Jioanna is the Chief Marketing Officer at PLdesigns. She has over 8 years of experience in global marketing and business development and is responsible for PLdesigns’ end-to-end marketing strategy. She holds an MBA (Masters of Business Administration) degree with a specialization in Marketing and Innovation and a BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration) degree with a focus in Finance and International Business from the University of Cincinnati. During Jioanna’s free time, she enjoys a good workout and a competitive tennis match.

Cliff Bennetts
Cliff has over 30 years of experience in landscape architecture services. His contemporary, sustainable, and creative designs have come to life in a broad spectrum of outdoor spaces throughout Southern, Central, and Northern California. His experience spans the following: Master planned communities, Commercial properties, Mixed-use properties, Housing developments, Recreational facilities, Hospitality properties, Schools and churches, Residentials
Cliff has a passion for understanding a client’s vision and turning it into a reality through innovation and creativity. His network of professionals in the landscape industry is extensive, and he has built durable relationships with architects, engineers, developers, community planners, government agency staff, landscape construction professionals, and homeowners. These relationships are based on trust, commitment, and performance. As needed, Cliff connects clients to exceptional professionals in the field who are experts in executing landscape plans.
